The Fairmont Dollars for Scholars Chapter is happy to announce a new scholarship to be first awarded in May 2008. Delia Larsen Lueth, Fairmont, MN, funded this scholarship to support students pursuing a career in education. Delia was an elementary teacher in Martin County for 30 years. She taught in country schools, in the Fairmont Public School System and for most of those years in the Sherburn Public School System.

She and her three children are all Fairmont High School graduates. Her children are all college graduates. Sam and Jacquelyn graduated from Luther College, Decorah, IA and Gregory graduated from Iowa State, Ames, IA.
